One of the bedrooms can be easily converted to a maid's quarters, as it's situated in a self-contained area with the utilities room and access to the kitchen. One thing to note, though, is that the masters might suffer front western exposure, which, coupled with the ample glass exterior, might keep the rooms hot in afternoons.
